Chicarla "Carla" Williams Pye
Carla holds a Juris Master in Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Technology Risk Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida A&M University, a background that fuels her focus at the intersection of technology, policy, and community impact.
In addition to her public service, Carla is a partner at Conceptual Concierge, LLC, offering executive business and operational support. She actively serves as Vice Chair of Ladies Learning to Lead, Financial Officer for the Alpha Educational Leadership Foundation, Inc., and a Community Catalyst with the Knight Creative Communities Institute (KCCI).

Chicarla “Carla” Williams Pye brings over 25 years of community and government relations expertise to her role as Chief Legislative Aide for Florida House District 8.
Recipient of the 2024 News Service of Florida Impact Award, she is known for mentoring emerging legislative professionals and advancing policy that strengthens North Florida communities. Throughout her tenure, she has managed legislative operations, secured multi-million-dollar project funding, and championed constituent advocacy.
